Convert TiVo Recordings for iPad/iPad 2

Part 1. You get to transfer TiVo shows to computer
In order to enjoy TiVo recordings on iPad or iPad 2, you get to transfer TiVo shows to computer and then convert the ripped TiVo files to iPad/iPad2 support format.
Step 1 - Connect the TiVo box with your home network, and run software TiVo Desktop.
Step 2 - Click on "Pick Recordings to Transfer". Check the box next to the title of the show (or shows) you want to transfer and click on "Start Transfer".
Step 3 - Transfer times vary, but may be as long as the show's duration to complete the transfer.
Part 2. Convert TiVo recordings files to iPad/iPad 2 support formats.
Step 1. Input Media Access Key (inneed).
Launch the TiVo supported Video Converter( on the Video Converter market, yet few do convert TiVo files), click on the "Option" button, switch to TiVo tab, and enter your Media Access Key, click "OK" to confirm.
Step 2: Import TiVo recordings files to this TiVo Converter.
Click "Add" to import all .tivo files, or you may drag and drop the *.tivo files to the TiVo Video Converter.
Step 3: Select the output video format for iPad or iPad 2
Click on the pull down menu of "Format" then click "iPad", you will see some profiles optimized for iPad showing as below, such as "iPad HD Video (*.mp4)", "iPad Video H.264 (*.MP4)", "iPad Video MPEG-4 (*.mp4)". OK, that's it.
Important: Select the "iPad Video H.264(*.MP4)" - the best video format for iPad and iPad 2, full-screen playback
Step 4: Click the "Convert" button to starting conversion.
Once finished, you can get the output files for your iPad or iPad 2, click "Open" button effortlessly, then connect your iPad or iPad 2to your PC, OK, just sync the converted TiVo videos to iPad or iPad 2 via iTunes.
